Streamlining Your Practice

Would you like to establish and maintain a successful private practice? Are you concerned about increasing costs and lowered fees for private practitioners? Let me show you how to set up a streamlined practice to keep more income, preserve your time and energy, and minimize stress in your day-to-day practice.

You’ll learn three main strategies to achieve your practice goals: lowering overhead expenses, simplifying daily procedures, and implementing efficient client policies. This crucial information is not typically offered in graduate programs or continuing education courses. These streamlining steps require less investment of your resources compared to marketing efforts, and promote financial viability whether you work full-time or part-
time, and whether you see insured and/or cash pay clients.
